Moore, who celebrated her birthday on November 11, took to 90-minute Kundalini yoga and meditation class that morning at Nine Treasures Yoga in Hollywood, reported E! online.
"Mother and daughter set up their mats next to each other and appeared to be having a wonderful time together.
"Demi, wearing all black, looked radiant. She was obviously very happy, surrounded by her yoga friends and daughter Rumer. She was actually beaming. She was smiling the entire class. Everyone was having a great time," a source said.
