At the NSE, the scrip slumped 9.40 per cent to end at Rs 126.70.
Den Networks Ltd had informed BSE on Monday that S N Sharma, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, has resigned due to personal reasons with immediate effect.
Meanwhile, in the broader market, the benchmark Sensex fell by 296.02 points to settle at 26,271.97.
