Dermot Mulroney to star in 'Insidious: Chapter 3'
The casting announcement was made by Leigh Whannell on his Twitter account.
The shooting of the film will begin on July 7.
Jason Blum and his Blumhouse Productions, which produced the first two movies, are producing the next installment along with Oren Peli and James Wan, reported Deadline.
Mulroney was most recently seen in 'August: Osage County' and 'Jobs'.
The first two 'Insidious' films starred Patrick Wilson, Rose Byrne, Lin Shaye, Ty Simpkins and Barbara Hershey.
