Realty portal Housing.Com today rolled out a new product that will offer marketing and branding solutions to real estate developers.
The new product 'Brand Falcon' is aimed at providing developers with a powerful and effective medium to communicate their brand story to consumers, Mumbai-based Housing.Com said in a statement.
Housing.Com's Chief Business Officer Jason Kothari said the new product offers an innovative way to create branding and marketing campaigns that are targeted at and will allow developers to provide a special experience to the consumer.
"The level of sophistication and customisation the product offers is an industry first. We believe that the reach it will provide to developers within relevant audiences is unparalleled," he added.
The new product will let developers create a digital identity for the parent developer brand as well as all standalone projects.
"The Internet ads have not evolved for ages and there is a strong need for new ad formats. I see this product filling the gap for big developer brands who are looking for newer and effective mediums to create strong brand presence among consumers," DLF Universal's ED - Sales & Marketing Ananta Singh Raghuvanshi was quoted as saying in the statement.
Founded in 2012, Housing.Com is a leading online real estate platform and has about 2,500 employees with presence in 50 cities. The portal has raised over USD 100 million in capital from leading investors, including SoftBank.
