"Development of all three regions of the state, with special focus on border and hilly areas, is priority of Jammu and Kashmir government," minister of state for health Shabir Ahmad Khan said while addressing a series of public meetings in Rajouri district.
The minister urged Panchs and Sarpanchs to work sincerely towards welfare and development of the people and added that primary responsibility of public representatives is to address people's problems through government agencies.
