DGMO reviews security situation in Nagaland

Director General Military Operations (DGMO) Lieutenant General P R Kumar today reviewed the security situation of Nagaland.
The DGMO during his visit to the state capital held discussions on the security situation with Inspector General of Assam Rifles (North) Major General M M Naravane, an Assam Rifle spokesperson said.
Lt Gen Kumar discussed on further consolidation of security situation and speedy implementation of development projects being undertaken by the security forces in the state.
The officer complimented all ranks of IGAR (North) for their dedication and devotion to duty.
Prior to his departure, the DGMO also laid a wreath at the famous World War-II Cemetery Kohima.
