The Volvo service from Dharamsala to Katra will leave daily at 2:30 P.M. Via Pathankot and Jammu, he said.
"Senior officials of the state government were continuously in touch with J&K officials in this context for the last three days and there was a regularVolvo bus service between Dharamshala and Srinagar, but due to security reasons it is being curtailedto Katra from today," he said.
The minister added that HRTC will not compromise with the safety of passengers and is being suspended till the by- elections as per the directions by the J&K government.
