Congress Vice president Harsah Mahajan and general secretary Sudhir Sharma today alleged that Dhumal was using "intemperate, unparliamentary and abusive" language against Singh.
"In sheer desperation, Dhumal used intemperate language against Singh at a public meeting in his home district of Hamirpur and his remarks that Virbhadra has lost his mental balance were unbecoming of a person holding the post of chief minister," they said in a joint statement.
