"I have not been to Gujarat in recent times. Wait for December 20 (when election result will be announced)," Singh said in response when reporters asked him queries related to Congress' prospects in Gujarat where polling will be held on December 13 and 17.
When asked about his home state Madhya Pradesh, Singh criticised the Shivraj Singh Chouhan government for the "deteriorating" law and order situation there.
"Crime graph is showing upward trend in Indore, the commercial hub of Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and his Cabinet colleague Kailash Vijaywargia, a former Mayor of Indore, are responsible for this situation," the Congress General Secretary said.
