Dikshit appoints P S Sawhney as parliamentary secretary

Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today appointed three-time MLA Parlad Singh Sawhney as her Parliamentary Secretary.
Sawhney, a Congress MLA from Chandni Chowk, was chairman of PAC of Delhi Assembly till recently.
Dikshit would administer oath of office to him at a function tomorrow.
