Diljit Dosanjh is busy judging his popular singing reality show "Rising Star" but he wishes to do a culinary reality show someday and he likes to cook.
"I would like to try... maybe a cooking reality show. I cook, I try making new dishes. Also, I cook from recipes that our grandmothers used to make," Dosanjh told PTI.
The actor judges live singing reality show "Rising Star" along with Shankar Mahadevan and Monali Thakur. The trio are back with the season two, which airs on Colors.
The show provides a platform to budding singers from across India to participate in a competition, where they are judged by the viewers to qualify for further rounds.
"It was a live show and so the engagement with viewers was from day one. It clicked well with the audience, who I think were the real judges. This time we have more talented singers. And then there is new tagline 'Uthao Soch ki Deewar'," Dosanjh said.
"Our show is very real. We have contestants singing live in front of the audience and they judging them, so it's all real, there is nothing to fake," he adds.
The actor-singer is also busy working on his film project "Soorma", on a biopic on hockey player Sandeep Singh, "Boom Boom In New York" with Sonakshi Sinha and a film with producer Ramesh Taurani.
