"Haryana Power Distribution Corporations will invest Rs 2,000 crore this year to strengthen the distribution system," Chairman and Managing Director of Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam and Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Devender Singh said today.
The top most priorities of the discoms are to plug revenue losses and bring consumer satisfaction for which a number of steps have been initiated during the last nine months, he said.
A complaint redressal system has been made functional at village level and the discoms have supplied electricity for more than the scheduled time to all consumers during the last three months, he said.
