Disney Studios has started the work on Cruella de Vil movie, the villainous character from "101 Dalmatians".
After the success of live-action projects like, "Maleficent" and "Cinderella" the studio has decided to come up with "Cruella" and has "Fifty Shades of Grey" screenwriter Kelly Marvel to pen the script, said The Hollywood Reporter.
"Togetherness" co-creator Steve Zissis will also team up with Marvel for the project.
"Bedtime Stories" producer, Andrew Gunn is on board to back the film.
Cruelly de Vil first appeared in 1956 novel "The Hundred and One Dalmatians" written by Dodie Smith.
