Dispute between sanyasis of Sivagiri mutt settled

A Division bench, comprising Justice Thothathil B Radhakrishnan and Justice A V Ramakrishna Pillai, recorded the settlement.

As directed by the court, the mediators from the High Court mediation centre, headed by advocate C E Unnikrishnan, amicably settled the dispute between the two factions.

As per the agreement, both factions decided to elect new office bearers and to settle all cases pending before various courts.

The long standing disputes was regarding election of board of trustees of the Sree Narayana Dharma Sanghom.
