JACSDO (Joint Action Council of Service Doctor Organisation) which represent 11 organised and unorganised Central Health Services (CHS), Indian Railway Medical Services (IRMS), Indian Ordinance Health Services (IOHS), MCD, NDMC, Delhi administration, ESIC, urged Prime Narendra Modi to revise the recommendations which they termed were "anti-doctors".
"We express our gratitude to the Prime Minister and this government for taking first step to ameliorate the ailing service health cadres of the country currently plagued by the alarming exodus to the private sectors and outside the country leading to severe shortage of the doctors across the country.
"At the same time we are pained to see the 7th Pay Commission scuttling the 25 years efforts of JACSDO to get various committees constituted and procuring their recommendations," he said.

The also handed over representations to district collectors for the Chief Minister and at the national level these representations were for the Prime Minister, said Nasreen Bharti, Core Committee member of AIFGDA.
She said the doctors wanted removal of anomalies in their pay, improvement in basic infrastructure and facilities at workplace among others demands.
