RSS Chief Dr Mohan Bhagwat will be the main speaker at the annual Dussehra event, scheduled to be held on the sprawling Reshmibag grounds in the South-Eastern part of the city.
Bhagwat will address the swayamsevaks and spell out the outfit's agenda for the year.
