The mishap occurred on Jaisalmer highway near Kolayat town. The driver and cleaner of one of trucks were charred to death as it caught fire after the accident.
Three others including the driver and cleaner of the other truck were injured, police said.
The deceased were identified as Shera Ram (48) and Prakash (18).
The injured were being treated at PBM Government Hospital in Bikaner, police said.
