Anil Kumar Mehta, presently living in local Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar area here, was arrested during a routine checking at a crossing in nearby village Darveshpind last night, he said.
The drugs, recovered from him, worth Rs 10 lakh in the international market, he said adding the arrest was made under various sections of NDPS Act.
