Ducati to launch bike at Rs 14 lakh

Press Trust of India New Delhi Italian superbike maker Ducati unveiled Friday Ducati 959 Panigale, which will be available in the Indian market at a price of Rs 14.04 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi NCR) from July.
Unveiling the new motorcycle at the India Bike Week (IBW) in Goa, the company said the model powered by a 955cc L-twin engine is the first Superquadro with Euro 4 emissions approval.
Booking for 959 Panigale are open at Ducati dealerships, the company said in a statement.
Ducati India Managing Director Ravi Avalur said, “It is the perfect balance between impressive design and breath-taking performance and it embodies Ducati's premium sport bike culture,” he added.
The company said it will strengthen presence in India. Ducati has dealerships in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bengaluru
