Duo dupes constable of Rs 1.26 lakh in UP
Mukesh Naagar was duped by the two persons while he was walking back after withdrawing the money from a bank here yesterday, they said.
The duo approached Mukesh and told him that his clothes were soiled. As he went to a handpump nearby and started cleaning his clothes, the two, to whom he had handed over the bag, escaped, police said.
An FIR has been registered in the matter against the duo with Kotwali police, they said.
Efforts are on to nab them, they added.
