"EastEnders" has been crowned Best Soap at the 2015 British Soap Awards.
The BBC soap won a total of eight awards at this year's ceremony, which took place in Manchester, reported Digital Spy.
The 'Who Killed Lucy?' plot that tied in with the show's 30th anniversary proved to be the big winner, as it scooped Best Storyline and Best Single Episode for the live aftermath.
Adam Woodyatt also walked away with the Best Actor prize for his role as Lucy's grieving father Ian Beale, while he and Laurie Brett were awarded Best On-Screen Partnership.
Elsewhere, Kellie Bright was rewarded for her portrayal of Linda Carter, winning the title of Best Actress and also scooping the Best Dramatic Performance prize.
"Coronation Street" took home two awards, one of which went to Sally Dynevor with the Best Comedy Performance accolade. Late actress Anne Kirkbride was honoured with the Outstanding Achievement award, collected by her husband David Beckett.
"Emmerdale" also achieved two awards as Donna Windsor's emotional farewell won Scene of the Year and young Amelia Flanagan, who plays Donna's daughter April, scooped the prize for Best Young Performance.
"Doctors" had a reason to celebrate too as Jessica Regan triumphed in the Best Newcomer category. She beat off competition from "Coronation Street" star Sean Ward, "EastEnders" actor Davood Ghadami, "Emmerdale" star Ryan Hawley and 'Hollyoaks's Twinnie-Lee Moore.
"Hollyoaks" won one award with Patrick Blake actor Jeremy Sheffield picking up the trophy for Villain of the Year.
John Bardon was also remembered for his role as "EastEnders"s Jim Branning in a moving tribute. The actor, who appeared on the show between 1996 and 2011, passed away in September last year at the age of 75.
All five soaps were recognised for their coverage of various issue-led stories and the impact they have made on viewers.
