Eicher Polaris, Chola tie up for Multix vehicle finance

Eicher Polaris and Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co today announced a tie up for providing vehicle loans for the newly launched 'Multix' personal utility vehicle.
Through this partnership, Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co (Chola) will offer auto retail finance to customers throughout its 534 branches and at all proposed dealerships of Multix across India.
"Our strategic tie up with Chola ensures customised retail finance programmes, keeping in mind the needs of our target consumer. This is a step towards making the Multix solution even more attractive and accessible to the independent businessmen," Eicher Polaris Chief Executive Officer Radhesh C Verma said in a statement.

Multix will be launched in 30 cities to start with, and vehicle deliveries will begin in August 2015.
Chola Managing Director Vellayan Subbiah said, "The association with Eicher Polaris will help us to expand our customer offerings and cater to the needs of independent businessmen that Multix is designed for."
Last month Eicher Polaris, a joint venture between Eicher Motors and US-based Polaris Industries, announced the launched personal utility vehicle 'Multix' with starting price of Rs 2.32 lakh (ex-showroom Jaipur).
