Eight Delhi Police officers transferred

Eight Delhi Police officers including DCPs and Additional DCPs have been transferred from one district to another while two have been promoted.
Sanjay Bhatia presently serving as additional DCP-II (South) has been promoted to DCP(IGI Airport) and will take over from DK Gupta who has been shifted as DCP(Traffic).
Bhatia was earlier posted as DCP(Railways) but was transferred to South district last year in August.
Additional DCP-I in northeast district RS Sagar has also been transferred as DCP(Traffic) while Devender Arya, who was transferred out of Delhi in 2013 will return to the city and take over from Sagar.
Amrutha Guguloth, who was posted as additional DCP-(northwest) will be posted as DCP-II Special Branch while Devender Arya's spouse Vijayanta Arya would take over from Amrutha.

Harendra Kumar Singh, who was posted as DCP(Traffic) will be heading to EOW as DCP. G Ramgopal Naik, a DANIPS officer of 2002 batch will be joining Delhi Police as DCP(Crime).
