The man, identified as Pochaiah, was arrested today.
He runs a kirana shop beside the house of the girl in Kamareddy.
According to the police, Pochaiah lured the minor into his house after offering her chocolates and biscuits and allegedly raped her on two occasions around a fortnight back, a senior police officer told PTI today.
The girl's mother lodged a complaint yesterday after which a case on the charge of rape and under relevant sections of IPC was registered against Pochaiah.
