Elderly woman, two sons run over by train

In a tragic incident, two persons, including an army man, were allegedly ran over by a train, while the duo attempted to rescue their 52-year-old mother who had gone to the railway track for committing suicide.
The incident that happened near Dautana village under Jamuna Paar police station area yesterday left Hava(30), Ajit (25) and their mother Sheela dead, Deputy Superintendent of Police Ajay Kumar said.
The elderly woman had apparently left for the tracks for committing suicide due to a family dispute, police said, adding that her two sons followed her and tried to persuade her to come back.

But the trio was run over by Kasganj-Mathura passenger train, Kumar said.
Ajit was working with the Army an had come to his village on leave, he said.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, police added.
