She will return to the show as a musical guest on either the first or second night of the two-part finale to be aired in Mid-may, Ace showbiz quoted sources.
Lopez is currently with her next studio instalment. One of the tracks in the new instalment, will be a collaboration with Chris Brown.
Besides, her performance gig, recently it was rumoured that she is wanted back as a judge for the "Idol" next season.
