Agarwal flew in here from London to congratulate Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik who retained power in the state for the fourth time in a row.
Stating that development is a must for India, Agarwal said: "We have to eradicate poverty. We cannot remain poor forever."
He said the aluminium sector can generate huge employment opportunity both in Odisha and elsewhere in India.
