BJP leader and former Himachal Pradesh chief minister Shanta Kumar has donated Rs Rs 20 lakh for flood relief.
"I have donated Rs 10 lakh to PM relief fund as a help to the flood affected areas of India. The amount includes my pay for the month and MP fund, BJP MP from Kangra constituency said in a press release today.
The release said that Kumar has also donated Rs 10 lakh to HP government as help for flood relief.
He said that the floods are devastating this year, but the only relief is that public is coming forward in large number to help the sufferers.
