The man, yet to be identified, was standing near the shop, dealing in all types of scrap like electronic goods and bottles, in KTV Nagar when the explosion took place, police said.
The injured were admitted to hospital.
Since there were lot of scrap items in and around the shop, police were clueless on the reason for the explosion and investigations were on, they said.
