Explosives recovered, 2 held in Maoist-hit Dumka

A huge cache of explosives was recovered from a house during a raid at Jeetpur area under Naxal-hit Gopikandar here, police said today.
Acting on a tip-off, police recovered 1,990 pieces of electric detonators, 716 pieces of power neogel, one exploder and 160 kg of urea from the house of Rameshwar Kisku in the raid conducted last evening that lasted till this morning, SP Prabhat Kumar said.
He said both Kisku and his son were arrested after the recovery.
