Factory worker commits suicide

A 35-year-old man working at a factory near Palahi Village here allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling of his room, police said today.
Sukhpreet alias Sukha, a resident of Kalia Bari Moga, was mentally upset and took the extreme step last night at his rented accommodation, they said.
The body has been sent for post-mortem to a local civil hospital, police said.
