"I feel that the government in Maharashtra is doing better than the Central government," Hazare told PTI here.
"The Fadnavis government has taken some measures. I don't have anything to do with political parties. However, some decisions of his government, like the 'jalyukta shivar' (water conservation) campaign are good steps," he said.
The Right to Service Act to penalise the government officials if people's work is not done within the stipulated time frame is also a welcome step, he said.
"Overall, I feel that Fadnavis is doing a better job than Modi," the social activist said.
