Senior police inspector M M Bhor of the Tilak Nagar police station at Ambernath told PTI that the girl aged 15 used to work in the house of the accused.
Though they were aware that she is a minor, they forcibly took her to their hometown and got her married to the son.
Later, the son allegedly raped her, according to a complaint filed by the girl's mother late last night.
The police said that the accused have been charged under Section 363, Section 366 (a), Section 376, Section 506 (2) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 5(l) and 6 of the POCSO Act 2012, the police said.
The police named those arrested as Bablu Vijay Pal alias Kanojia (19), Vijay Pal alias Kanojia (35) and Dadan Kanojia.
