Festival of non-fiction in November

A festival dedicated to works of non-fiction, is set to bring together noted authors and personalities from varied walks of life together here later this month.
Following its previous editions in 2013, the 'India Non Fiction Festival' has lined up luminaries from various fields to speak on topics ranging from Business, Business, Sociology, and Management to Fitness, Travel and Health, organisers said in a statement today.
Natwar Singh, Vinod Rai, Suhel Seth, Dipankar Gupta, Leila Seth, Isher Judge Ahluwalia, John Elliott, Dinesh Sharma, Ira Trivedi, B G Verghese, Manish Tiwari, Rajdeep Sardesai, Bina Ramani, Amarinder Singh, Kingshuk Nag and Arun Maira are some of the personalties lined up to participate in the festival.
The fourth edition of the festival is set for November 15-16 here.
Kumaar Bagrodia, festival director said, "We are proud to present a great opportunity to the non-fiction writers and readers to meet and exchange ideas. It is heartening to see that Non-Fiction writing is increasing and great writers from different backgrounds are producing fantastic works.
"We aspire to make India Non-Fiction Festival a regular event thereby giving non-fiction space its due credit which is mostly reserved for fiction," he said.
