Files related to Op Bluestar be made public: Harsimrat

Union minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal today demanded the files related to attack on Sri Darbar Sahib during the Operation Blue Star be made public.
After distributing grants to panchayats during sangat darshan programme at Buladhewala and Burj Mehma villages, the Food Processing minister said the files related to the events and direction issued which led to tanks and cannons being used in precincts of the Sikh holy place be made public so that people know the truth behind this episode.
She said the "roles of Congress leaders Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar be re-investigated" in the entire episode on the basis of "facts that were concealed".

On the status of Punjab's economy, she said the state's financial condition is strong and condemned the "misleading" campaign launched by the Opposition in this regard.
About a new affidavit filed by the Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi government in the Supreme Court pertaining to SYL canal issue, she said the "dual politics" of AAP in the election year has been exposed.
She added the "flip-flop" in the statements of AAP over the issue proves the party leadership says different things at different times.
