Final electoral rolls for Haryana assembly segments prepared

The final photo electoral rolls of all 90 constituencies of Haryana have been prepared and would be available for general public at polling stations on January 6, an Election Commission official today said.
The photo voter lists of all Assembly constituencies in Haryana have been amended with respect to January 1, 2014 as qualifying date by including all eligible electorate of 18 years or above, Chief Electoral Officer, Haryana, Shrikant Walgad said.
He said the draft roll for summary revision 2014 with respect to January 1, 2014 as qualifying date was published on September 6, 2013.
After taking appropriate action on the received applications for inclusion, deletion and modification of entries between September 6 and October 25, 2013, the list for final publication has been prepared, he said.
