The FIR has been lodged against Dy CMO Dr P K Singh, Dr Roshan Singh Patel and clerk Rajanand, Superintendent of Police (SP) KC Goswami said.
After a complaint, district administration initiated a probe in which it was found that the trio allegedly did not pay the arrears to the employees working in their hospital.
After the probe, District Magistrate Yashwant Rao had directed the CMO to file a complaint with the police against them in this connection.
