"Rajaiah has been suspended from the Party," Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka told PTI.
He, however, did not specify the period of suspension.
Rajaiah, his wife Madhavi and son Anil Kuamr were arrested following death of the four family members in a blaze that broke out at their house in Warangal in the wee hours on November 4.
Following a complaint, a case was registered against Rajaiah, his wife Madhavi and son Anil Kumar at Subedari police station under sections 498A (husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty) and 306 (abetment to suicide) of IPC, and under section 174 (suspicious death) of CrPC for the death of three boys.
