"STF in its inquiry report on fire incidents in Health Directorate on June 14 and August 5 has said that it was not accidental, but caused deliberately," State Health Minister Ahmad Hasan told PTI today.
"The name of six doctors and 16 clerks have surface in the report. Orders have been issued to register FIR against them," Hasan said.
On the basis of the report, stern action would be taken against the accused doctors and clerks, he added.
