Fire Officer Chandramohan Pareek and Fireman Brij Mohan Meena of Jaipur Municipal Corporation, were arrested for accepting the bribe from a client, she said.
The client was to be issued a fire certificate after an incident of blaze at his textile showroom in Jagatpura area on May 27, the spokesperson said.
Pareek had demanded the bribe of Rs 90,000 however, a deal was struck at Rs 60,000, of which Rs 20,000 was paid through Brijmohan, she said.
This is the second time when Pareek, who works at Ghatgate fire office, was arrested on bribery charges.
On February 5, 2009, he was arrested by the ACB for accepting a bribe of Rs 2,500 from a client for issuing an NOC.
The ACB had filed the charge sheet against him on April 9, 2012.
