The police on a tip-off raided a factory in a village from where they seized 10,000 litres of spurious alcohol along with 16,200 litres of methyl alcohol.
The police have arrested Sanjay Gupta, Shailendra, Sanjeev and the truck driver Sunil from the spot. On interrogation, they informed that the liquor was for distribution in nearby towns.
The search is on to nab other accused in connection with the case, police said.
