The accused were identified as Rahees, Akram, Kale, Imran and Tahir. They all belong to Mathura in Uttar Pradesh, the police said.
The arrests were made by a team that went to Hodal in Haryana on the basis of the last location of a stolen vehicle, they said.
The police cordoned the area and launched a search operation, and raided a godown from where the accused were nabbed.
Heaps of dismantled spare parts that were used for making oxygen and CNG cylinders, and a dismantled car engine were seized by the team. Two stolen cars were also recovered, the police said.
