Five more corporation school brought under Dell Connected

As part of improving learning capacity of students, five more Corporation schools in the city have been brought under Dell Connected Class Room scheme.
To implement this scheme, Rs.20 lakh each have been allotted to the five schools coming under five corporation zones, an official release said today.
The classrooms are being operated with the assistance of American Foundation and Dell, which will improve the learning capacity of the students, teaching capacity of teachers and also provide education in different and novel techniques, it said.
With Interactive White Board (digital board) and internet facility already in place, the system will become operational after procurement of computers, it said.

Corporation Girls Higher Secondary School in Oppanakkara Street, Corporation School in Peelamedu and Udayampalayam, Corporation School in Papanaickenpudur and Girls High School in Selvapuram are identified for this purpose.
The scheme is already on at the corporation school in Maniakarampalayam.
