Five PLA militants arrested
People's Liberation Army (PLA) were arrested at Saitual of Aizawl district in Manipur, police said today.
Of the five militants arrested in a joint operation of the 26 battalion of Assam Rifles and the Mizoram police CID (SB) personnel on Saturday, three were top commanders of the dreaded outfit and one was a woman.
A senior Assam Rifles official said that further investigations would be conducted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
