They alleged the company officials neither pick their phone calls nor reply to emails or letters enquiring into the halting of the construction.
"Each of the buyers has invested Rs 40 to 50 lakh for different segments of flats and we are literally helpless", claimed Aparna Bhardwaj, a buyer.
She also claimed the buyers had earlier met with ACP Crime Hawa Singh and demanded for immediate action against the company top management.
The company had started the construction of its project spread over 11 acres in November 20, 2012 with a completion time of 36 months, a protester claimed.
