The floodlights at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium here played spoilsport twice during the Group 1 match between England and South Africa at the ICC World Twenty today.
One of the lights failed at the start of the match and later, during the seventh over of South Africa innings, the same floodlight went off.
With the players walking off twice in the middle of this crucial match, the interruptions ended up delaying the first innings.
The second interruption was about a little more than 10 minutes, before the lights came back.
