Flying squad seizes Rs 10.39 lakh cash

Election flying squad personnel today seized Rs 10.39 lakh unaccounted cash from a van at Kombakkam village near here.
District Election officer P.Jawahar told reporters that the seizure was made when the personnel intercepted the van on suspicion.
The van was also seized by the authorities, he added.
In another haul, household articles including pressure cookers valued at Rs 3.23 lakhs were confiscated from a house here.
