The minimum temperature was 1.4 degrees lower than yesterday's 7.8 degrees Celsius.
Delhi has been witnessing thick fog since yesterday leading to disruptions in flight operations and delay in train movement.
The maximum temperature in the last 24 hours was recorded at 19.3 degrees Celsius which was one notch below normal. The humidity levels oscillated between 100 per cent and 75 per cent.
According to the MeT department, fog will clear as the day progresses leading to a clear sky with the maximum temperature expected to settle down at around 18 degrees Celsius.
