Former Cong MLA's sister-in-law found murdered
The incident took place last night when unidentified persons attacked 50-year-old Savitri Yadav with a sharp weapon at her house in Banganga area, Banganga police station in-charge Vinod Dixit told reporters.
The blood-stained body of the victim was recovered this morning, he said.
The motive behind the murder is not yet known, he said, adding the culprits did not take away item from the house.
Dixit said the body has been sent for postmortem and police is probing the incident with different angles.
