Former cop, son booked on molestation charges

Mumbai Police today registered a case of molestation and harassment against a retired assistant commissioner of police, Bhagwan Lahane, and his son Bhushan Lahane.
A case of harassment was also registered against Lahane's daughter Rupali.
The complainant woman, who is related to Bhagwan Lahane, has alleged that he and his son had molested her in the past, and they, along with Rupali, harassed and threatened her, said DCP Dhananjay Kulkarni.
The FIR was registered at Powai police station here under relevant sections of the IPC.
None of them has been arrested yet.
